Open Jellyfish around nine and you can watch Convoy change shifts — restaurants cooling, bars warming. Convoy is a second-half-of-the-night neighborhood. The restaurants carry the early hours and the bars pick up after 9, which means a room that reads quiet at 8 can be full at 11. If you are checking the map before dinner, check it again before you leave — this is the one part of town where an early read ages badly.
The other thing the map is useful for here is spread. Convoy is not a strip you walk; the breweries sit in business parks a few minutes apart and the karaoke rooms are stacked above restaurants you would drive past. Seeing which rooms are actually going before you pick a parking lot saves the loop.
